Good place for storage, and truck rentals. Used them for 6+ months no issues. And recently for penske rental, all went well. Seems secure at least in my experience. Counter attendant is very nice and helpful.“

After experiencing a constant huge rate increase every year at my previous storage facility in the area, I finally decided it was time to move on to a new location. I was glad to find Lock-It-Up in Oregon and am extremely thankful for the kindness and understanding that Lock-It-Up employees Steve and Rebecca showed me. They most certainly met all my needs, both financially and emotionally, from what I went through at my previous facility. I'm quite grateful for how easy my transition to a new location was and look forward to being at this location for hopefully however long I remain in this area. From what I've seen so far, the facility here is top notch, their customer service is top notch, and cleanliness is top notch, which is why I am giving them an initial five star rating. My only concern moving forward at this point are the potential rate increases, given how bad they were at my previous facility. Hopefully they are negligible, but for now, I have zero complaints with Lock-It-Up in Oregon and have only praises to offer...
