I really like this storage facility. Secure and well maintained equipment. I have never not been able to access the storage area because the access equipment was broken. My only complaint is the hours available for access. For the price of the units, we should have access anytime. 24 hour access would be an awesome policy change for those of us who work early in the morning and sometimes late in the evening. This request should be revisited and access hours made more user friendly. Would be a 5 star if the hours were to be changed!“

I had my whole life in storage here for several months. My only issue was the mouse that got into from the next unit over when it got cold. Due to that I recommend sealing EVERYTHING. Just to be safe. I had to move in a hurry so I had two boxes that weren't able to close, one of those had a few mouse droppings in it, but no damage or pee so it's fine.
They are NOT temp controlled, but do well in a pinch. Never had issues getting past the gate and the staff always helped me via phone when I would forget my account login. I would say if you are storing things that aren't electrical, this will work wonders.
